*For those submitting for insurance reimbursement, we can provide an annual estimate of care.

Medicare and Secondary Insurance

This letter is to inform you of our office policy as related to Medicare. We do not accept Active Medicare Patients, as detailed by CMS, Medicare covers manual manipulation ONLY for ACUTE INJURY. We are a wellness and maintenance only office. Which is not a Medicare covered service.

The services NOT covered by Medicare are as follows:

  • X-rays

  • History and Physical ie Initial Evaluation

  • Maintenance / Wellness Chiropractic Adjustments, Traction, Spinal Decompression, Massage, Trigger Point Release or any associated therapies.

To maintain our compliance while still providing you with excellent care and service, we have developed the following policy:

  • Initial visit must include X-rays and the fee for this visit is $250 due at the time of service.

  • If a Medicare qualifying condition is identified we will refer you to an active medicare provider. Once you have reached maximum medical improvement you may come back to our office and we will be able to provide ongoing maintenance/wellness care.
